Shipping Guidelines
GlowAestheticshop ships internationally. Please be aware that it is the customer’s obligation to ensure that the receiving country’s laws are followed.
Shipping costs forty euros. Free shipping is available on all orders at Glow aesthetic that total 600 euros or more. The majority of orders will be transported from Europe, however we reserve the right to ship from any nation as long as it abides by all applicable rules and laws.
glow aesthetic shop takes all the essential safety measures to ensure that products that need special storage meet the required thermal conditions. For up to 14 days, such products will be kept within the proper temperature range thanks to special thermal packaging. The tracking number will be sent as soon as the order ships, which is typically the following business day.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES
The shipping window is roughly three to five business days. We advise contacting us for further information as the delivery time may differ based on the customer’s location. Customs, couriers, or other force majeure delays are not GlowAestheticshop fault.
When the customer places an order during business days, the product is dispatched the following day. If we at GlowAestheticshop need more information to finish an order, we retain the right to delay its shipment. For the following reasons, GlowAestheticshop reserves the right to postpone shipping of your order: a high volume of orders, carrier restrictions, and customs processing.
Only on the day the order was placed, by calling one of our sales agents or using the same communication channel, is the customer able to cancel his order at GlowAestheticshop . After business hours on the same day that you placed your order, there is no way to cancel or reverse the shipping.At GlowAestheticshop , we work with various shipping providers. The warehouse will select the shipping carrier that will handle your item. GlowAestheticshop will make every effort to meet the needs of its customers and deliver the carrier that they have asked; nevertheless, we reserve the right to employ the best or most readily available carrier to complete the shipment.
